2. Scope of Activity

We are an online hub dedicated to athletic elitism, offering:Professional calisthenics equipment, premium protective accessories, and technical training solutions.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual and textual material (blueprints, product images, code, graphics) is the property of Campion. Unauthorized use of these, in any form, entails liability according to Law no. 8/1996.

4. Products and Prices

• Prices are final and expressed in RON. Please note the seller is a non-VAT payer (VAT not applicable).
• Prices may undergo strategic changes without notice, reflecting the quality of materials.
• We reserve the right to correct any technical display errors.
• Product offers are valid strictly within the limit of available stock.

5. Order Confirmation

The sales contract is considered concluded when Campion sends the Shipping Confirmation email. The automatic email received immediately after placing the order represents only a confirmation of receipt of the purchase request and does not constitute firm acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incomplete data, technical price errors, or suspicion of fraud.

6. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (Available in Romania)
• Secure Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card via Stripe)

7. Equipment Delivery

Shipping is carried out through elite logistics partners. The estimated delivery time is:

• Romania: 1–5 business days.
• International: 3–10 business days (depending on the geographical area and local operator).

Note for non-EU deliveries: For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union (e.g., UK), the customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes applicable under local law in the destination country.

8. Return Policy

Individual consumers (B2C) have the right to return products within 30 calendar days, according to OUG 34/2014. For details on the technical inspection procedure for returns, consult the Return Policy.

9. Warranty

Our equipment is built to last.

• Individual Consumers (B2C): Benefit from the legal 2-year warranty of conformity according to OUG 140/2021.
• Business Customers (B2B): Benefit from a 1-year product warranty.

10. Limitation of Liability

Campion is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of equipment, for external logistics delays, or for force majeure events.

11. Disputes and Alternative Resolution

Any conflict will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, jurisdiction belongs to the courts in Oradea, Romania.

Consumers have the right to appeal to alternative dispute resolution through:

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the site or the conclusion of the contract shall be settled by the competent courts in Oradea, Romania.
